Ty Garner is Director of Operations and is responsible for overseeing all of Trade Management’s recruiting teams across 10 branches including recruitment strategies, human resource management and staff training. Ty is in charge of new office openings, creating and maintaining efficient office procedures and maintaining client satisfaction and relationships through effective operational strategies.
Ty joined Trade Management in 2005 and worked through each of the departments beginning with managing the recruiting process, moving through the sales team and most recently taking over operations management as the company has grown from one office to 10 offices regionally. Ty is concentrating on expanding Trade Management’s footprint regionally as well as nationally. While continually growing the recruiting, operations and sales teams, Ty’s focus is maintaining the original small company mentality as the Trade Management brand grows.
